Circular Supply Chain Game is a serious role-playing game designed to teach sustainable supply chain design as an ill-defined problem. Players take on executive roles — CEO, Production, Sales, HR, Purchasing and Design — and make strategic, tactical and operational decisions integrated into a mathematical model based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Validated with industrial engineering students at Tecnológico de Monterrey and the University of Leeds, the game demonstrates significant improvement in understanding sustainability in real supply chains.
